‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2, episode 7 preview: Can Cat get over Vincent’s actions?

The latest -In quite a few ways, the beginning of Monday night’s “Beauty and the Beast” season 2 episode is going to feel pretty darn familiar. You have Cat trying to forget about some of the things in which Vincent has done to kill, and at the same time, you also have her firmly in the role of protector, trying to do almost everything within her power to ensure that he is safe, and that no harm is done to him. However, at the same time there are all sorts of problems that are going to come courtesy of the Handler, a man who is basically trying to do that when it comes to our favorite beast: Handle him. Suffice it to say, we’re probably in for a heck of a great hour of entertainment.

In a new video below courtesy of The CW, executive producers Jennifer Levin and Sherri Cooper do their part to explain what these two stories mean in the short-term, and just how much trouble Vincent could be in now. While we don’t know if it is any more danger than he has been in over the past several years, it is definitely a different sort of danger.

What we really cannot get over here is what is not mentioned at all in the video: The cliffhanger at the end of this past episode suggesting that we are going to have the first female beast on our hands soon enough. We’re infinitely curious as to what this is going to mean, but that may be a story that takes a little bit of time to grow and develop. We have just met Tori, so there may not be any perceived need to rush into what is the rest of her story from here.
