‘Glee’ season 5: See Chris Colfer, Naya Rivera’s creative Halloween costumes

So who from “Glee” season 5 is already in the spirit of the Halloween holiday? You don’t have to look any further than a pair of the show’s original stars below dressed up for the big occasion. Halloween has always been a big part of not only this show, but the lives of its actors. These people are by and large young, and at a time in which they can really appreciate and embrace the idea of making some elaborate costumes.

One of these people is Chris Colfer, who has really worn some pretty elaborate outfits over the years on the holiday, but traditionally, none of his fall in line with the intentionally-“sexy” trend that started up thanks mostly to costume stores. This all changes this year. In a post on his Instagram page (which you can see below), the actor does his best impression of a “sexy” R2D2, which is something that you probably never thought you would see in your lifetime. Chris is a noted “Star Wars” fan and took part in the Course of the Force this year; therefore, we imagine that you really cannot be too surprised at all by his costume choice.

Meanwhile, Naya Rivera opted for something that you would better remember if you are a child of the late 1980s / early 1990s: A different look at Carmen Sandiego. This is of course the famed character from the TV show and computer game in the day that helped to teach you about geography. Personally, we remember this as the way in which we learned a ton of the nation’s capitals. Had she gotten a group of her friends to dress up as Rockapella (for the 2% of the audience who actually know who we are talking about here), that would bring this costume officially to the next level.
