‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10 spoilers: Finally, meet Bailey’s son

Are you ready for some “Grey’s Anatomy” season 10 casting scoop? Well, this is the sort of thing that really should have happened long ago, but it’s here now: The opportunity to meet Bailey’s son.

According to E! News, the casting process is currently underway for Tuck, the son of Chandra Wilson’s character, to appear in what is ironically going to be the seventh episode of the season (her character’s son is also 7). While there is not much else known about the character right now, what we can at least say with a reasonable amount of confidence is that they are going to help to show us a somewhat-different side to the Bailey character than anything that we have witnessed from her as of late. It’s been a whirlwind year for the doctor, and that is putting it lightly. For more evidence, just look at what she has gone through when it comes to the infection last year, and then on the more positive end of the spectrum when she helped to deliver Meredith’s child to the point that the baby is now named “Bailey.”

We’re really just pulling now for a Bailey plot that combines some of the best and the bad, the comedy and the drama. We don’t think there has been a character on the show as of late who has really been swung around the pendulum as much as she has, and this is the time for some stability now that we are this far into the show’s run.
