‘NCIS’ season 11 spoilers: Margo Harshman’s Delilah, Pauley Perrette’s Abby not that similar
Does Tim McGee on “NCIS” have a type? This is the question that many have asked after hearing the news that Margo Harshman (“The Big Bang Theory“) was cast to playing his new girlfriend Delilah, a quirky woman who knows her way around the computer. While this description does not exactly describe Abby (Pauley Perrette), neither one of the two ladies would necessarily be described as “mainstream.”
But at the end of the day, don’t expect Delilah to be Abby 2.0 by any means. While executive producer Gary Glasberg did not go into too many details on the subject, he did share the following recently to TVLine about the latest addition to the show:
“I’d like to believe that maybe he’s drawn to people like that and is intrigued by women like that, but I wouldn’t say that [Abby and Delilah] are that similar. They have their differences, that’s for sure!”
There could definitely be some tension between the two ladies, and this is shaping up to hopefully be a fun story this fall. Given everything else that the show is going through, including Gibbs as a sniper in the premiere, losing Cote de Pablo after episode 2 and facing some uncertainty after that from a viewer’s perspective, having some lighter moments is something that the show could really need at this point..
Harshman will appear in multiple episodes, though it is currently unclear as to whether or not she will reprise her role on the hit sitcom concurrently with her duties here. It’s certainly possible, but it would all depend on just what the two schedules were like.

I love to watch NCIS, b ut I have to say, I agree with both sides of Ziva’s leaving, On the one hand fans are tired of getting used to certain stars and aspects of their favorite show and theBuilding climax of the Tony and Ziva ” romance”Just to see her quit at the highest point in there relatoinship! Then there is Cote’s reason for leaving whatever that might be but it is her decision and I respect that and will continue to watch the show, however, I fear NCIS, will lose alot of fans over this!
