ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: Only in dreams
Like with almost any other TV drama out there, “Castle” is a show that you want to sit around and speculate on when it comes to its episode titles. They traditionally mean something when it comes to the story, even though some are more transparent than others.
When it comes to the latest news on this front, it is about as vague as vague can be. According to SpoilerTV, the title for the upcoming second episode of this season, which was originally going to be “Better Half,” has now been changed to “Dreamworld.”
Given that we are so early in the season for this one, too, it would be somewhat of a surprise for this to be a standalone episode. While there are likely some mysteries that will be resolved in the premiere, including if Stana Katic’s character is going to be sporting a diamond engagement ring, there are also going to be some others that take a little bit more time. For example, what happens with her job? Even if she goes to Washington, it would not be altogether a surprise to see her eventually change her mind, and realize that she may actually be happier back in New York City. Maybe she will have a dream that guides her to the best path for her future … or maybe we’re just picturing some of these dreams in our head in hopes of turning them into realities.
The news about dreams follows up the unexpected / awesome announcement that “Chuck’s” Joshua Gomez will show up on “Castle” later this fall, playing the role of a man who believes he is from the future. The show itself returns starting on Monday, September 30.
