‘Royal Pains’ season 5, episode 3 preview: Hank takes a trip … but where?

Why in the world can Hank not get out of his own way? Thus far on “Royal Pains” season 5, the guy has insisted on diving back into work, even though there are possible risks to his own health in trying to help others following his accident at the end of last season. He tried to drive without getting the proper testing done, there’s something strange going on with prescription medication, and now he’s not exactly taking the relaxing sort of vacation that his brother hoped for.

In the promo below for Wednesday night’s new episode, Evan advises his brother that it could be a great idea to try and get a break from the madness of the Hamptons for a few days and try to relax … but in Budapest? Not exactly what Evan was probably hoping for. We are of course very curious if there could be some sort of ulterior motive at play, and we definitely know that he is not taking it very easy. What is it about people always having medical emergencies around this guy? It’s almost on par to the murder-mystery shows that have a new dead body every week, despite them not being in a particularly large city.

Sadly, this promo does not give us any insight into the Jeremiah and Divya story, which we presume revolves around the two heading down to Savannah to check out a sample hospital that could give them a better impression as to what a re-tooled HankMed could be … that is, if they decided to sell the company to the new hospital ownership in the Hamptons.
