‘Glee’ season 4 finale: Official shot of Darren Criss with [spoiler]!
Surely, you’ve heard the rumors by now that Patty Duke is going to be guest-starring in the “Glee” season 4 finale along with Meredith Baxter, and the two are going to be playing a lesbian couple who serve as potential mentors for Kurt and Blaine moving forward to the next phase of their lives.
Oh, and Duke’s character just so happens to also work at a jewelry store that Blaine visits in order to get a possible engagement ring for Kurt. Not that we’re trying to bury the lead or anything…
The questions surrounding Kurt and Blaine’s future on “Glee” have to be loud based on this big move alone by Blaine, and we expect to find out something when it comes to an answer from Kurt by the time this episode comes to a close. While this is not a guarantee that the two are going to be engaged when the episode ends, we should at least know if they are a couple again, or if they still have a little bit more growing up to do. (In which case, we expect a full-on revolt from Klaine fans around the country.)
As for some other relationship moments, expect something on the future of Brittany and Santana during the finale, especially since we may not see much of the former at times during season 5 thanks to Heather Morris’ pregnancy. Meanwhile, Finn and Rachel definitely have an ambiguous road ahead thanks to Cory Monteith’s decision to enter treatment.
What do you think about this photo, and do you think that it is really the right time for Blaine to propose, considering that they’re not even really a couple right now? If you want to check out a song preview of Thursday night’s new “Glee” season 4 episode, you can do so over at the link here.

The main thing I want is forward movement for them as a couple & for Kurt to be invested in them again. To be honest, I hope Blaine chooses not to propose yet because I think a NYC proposal would be much more romantic (and he’ll be out of high school). No matter how THIS season ends, they are giving us a clear message on where their story is headed.
