‘Teen Mom 2’ star Jenelle Evans, husband Courtland Rogers arrested
At a certain point this past year, we admit that it became impossible to keep up with the ongoing drama involving “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans. Every few days it appeared as though there was some sort of catastrophic problem in her personal life, and was either fighting with her husband, her ex, her former boss, her mother, or even just people she communicated with on social media.
We were hoping that somewhere within this time she would have an opportunity to turn her life around and go in a positive direction, but it does not appear as though this happened at all. According to a new report from TMZ, both Evans and her husband Courtland Rogers were arrested today after a domestic incident, and it was also discovered that they were both in possession of several packets of heroin.
There are a myriad of charges that are flying around here, but what you need to know is this: Both parties are accused of possession as well as assault, and Jenelle was also served a warrant over a failure to pay child support. This is all very sad, especially when you consider that MTV compensates these women for appearing on the show, and tries by some measure to give them opportunities to have a happy life.
Evans is not the only star from the franchise to be in the headlines as of late, as Farrah Abraham recently has dealt with everything from an alcohol-related arrest to a very specific sort of tape that she made to sell off to the highest bidder. (On the flip side, some other women, including Leah Messer and Kailyn Lowry, appear to be fairly well-adjusted.)
Are you stunned by these reports, or sadly not stunned at all? If you want to read more about Jenelle’s recent stint in rehab (which obviously did not go very well), you can do so here.
