ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 2 spoilers: First look at episode with ‘Fringe’ star
We know that there are plenty of people out there who still miss the brilliance that was Fox’s “Fringe,” but we are pleased to report that for the return of the ABC drama “Scandal” on April 25, we are going to see an appearance from none other than Jasika Nicole as a woman who could play a major role in messing around with the lives of both Olivia and Fitz. The unfortunate thing at the moment, though, is that there are no major details revealed at the moment about her part other than that her role will impact the primary story.
Nicole is not mentioned by name in the synopsis for the episode, though this does make it sound like we will be seeing an hour that is in some ways Huck-centric, and it will feature for the first time someone other than Olivia really starting to raise some eyebrows about not only who Jake is, but if there is a specific person that he is working for:
“Secrets from Huck’s life before Pope and Associates are revealed, Olivia and Fitz engage in an emotionally charged conversation, unaware of the fact that someone could be watching, and Olivia’s team comes together to help one of their own. Meanwhile, Cyrus is becoming increasingly skeptical of Jake, and Mellie makes a decision that could bring down the White House.”
Doesn’t the last part of this synopsis sound familiar? Really, it makes you wonder just how many times that Mellie can really contemplate such a takeover on a grand level, as she has been down this road before more times than we can really count on the show.

Fitz didn’t drop everything to go see Liv. He was on phone with Cyrus confessing that he murdered Verna. I think Fitz must be off his rocker to share like that OVER A PHONE LINE! I think Fitz is having mental problems. It seems as though Jake is somehow not only tied to Fitz but to Huck as well. I’m so excited about this episode. And Mellie, oh Mellie my sista, what do you have up your sleeve?

I think Charlie followed Jake to the Storage unit and Jake deactived the camera with that same thing that he used to reinstall the cameras in Liv apt. and Jake was coming In NOT going out when he put the gun and the tape in the bag. He hit Huck over the head because if Charlie had Huck in that position he would kill him. The guy in Liv apt maybe someone trying to save her from Jake or maybe even a woman with a ski mask on. (Lauren is the mole or part of the conspiracy and related to Jasika NIcole) I do think Mellie found out about Verna though.

mellie must know fitz dropped everything to see liv. im thinking SSA Hal told mellie where he was. we know those late night calls arent on a safe line. after mellie told him, life as you know is over. it didnt faze him. he kind of laughed. mellie may have something up her sleeve. fitz has something on her. they all can go to jail

I want Fitz and Liv to be together again. Unfortunately, I do believe that Mellie will have something up her sleeve to put an end to Fitz being with Liv.

I think she has a recording of Fitz saying he killed Verna. She’ll use it to blackmail him into running a second term because out of the entire Defiance crew, she’s the one who has the most to lose. If Fitz doesn’t run for another term, then she won’t have enough political capital to make it on her own. She’s going to hold the entire Verna confession over Fitz head so that he never sees Olivia again on a personal level.
