‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2, ‘Beauty and the Beast’ part of The CW’s new ‘TV Now’ spot
Are you ready to play a little bit of a game here? Well, it’s called “let’s see how much we can read into a new promo.” The CW has released a new video highlighting their “TV Now” slogan and some of the shows, and it is ultimately pretty clear which shows that they are looking to let shine now, and which they may not have much confidence in moving forward.
Of course, staples like “The Vampire Diaries,” “Supernatural,” “America’s Next Top Model,” and “Arrow” are all a part of this video, but so are some “bubble shows” including “Hart of Dixie,” “Nikita,” and “Beauty and the Beast.” While we’re sure that some people out there are saying that this video is old, there are parts of it that are; however, the fact that there is some new “Hart of Dixie” footage mixed in shows that it has been tweaked.
While this along should not be used as some sort of arbiter for what is staying on the network and what is going, it is curious that neither “The Carrie Diaries” or “Cult” is featured at all here. Both shows are suspected to be ending after they complete their spring runs, and this may be further evidence that there is no plan to move forward with either of them. After all, they would be a part of every promo if the network really thought they had a major success story on their hands.
Ultimately, we’re starting to feel like every show featured here will probably be renewed, though we may not know more for at least a few more weeks.

I love Beauty and the Beast. This is such a beautiful story and the show has a huge fanbase. I hope the CW has the good sense to give this a second season. It’s the best show on television.

I hope it’s a good thing for Beauty and the beast. I watch TVD, arrow, supernatural and HOD but this year the only show I look forward to is BATB. I wasn’t impressed with the pilot but by ep 9 I was hooked. It has got better with every episode and is just amazing now. I work in the evenings so can’t watch live (don’t have a nielsen box either) so viewing figures really get to me cause there are lots of people the same as me as BATB is the first thing I watch when I get in yet it doesnt count (really annoying). TVD was good but since Elenor has gone bad I am losing interest. The others I tried a few times but not really got into them sorry. Anyway the shows left to be renewed….please renew Beauty and the Beast for a second season, not bothered about the rest.

Beauty and the Beast has just gotten better with each episode. Things are starting to escalate and there is so much drama, action and of course romance. I really hope Beauty and the Beast gets renewed. Every how show has taken a backseat since I’ve started watching this incredible show.

I would really hope that #BATB gets renewed cause it has just the right mix of love, drama, action and myth. It’s a roller coaster ride you want to try again again, because everytime you discover something new
The writers have done an amazing job – they started out slow, but boy have they turned things around. Every time I think now I got it, it takes some twists and turns I didn’t expect – i sit on the edge of the chair.
Then there’s the great cast Kristin Kreuk, Jay Ryan, Nina Lisandrello, Austin Basis, Max Brown & Brian White, who puts so much effort in their characters, that it’s believable.
So I would really really like for #BATB to get second season

I’m not going to read too much into it but I hope its a good sign that Beauty and the Beast will be renewed! Love this show and I can’t imagine my tv life without.

CW is my favorite network because it has BATB! I am addicted to that show. I hope they give it 2nd season. I would be heartbroken. I have already bought the whole season on iTunes. It just gets better and better.

CW’s Beauty and the Beast deserves a second season! There is so much depth that it yet to be explored! Although I also enjoy HOD, BATB has so much yet to be told and we need future seasons to discover what the absolutely amazing writers have in store! #batb

Beauty And The Beast is by far the best show on the CW right now.They need it to come back in the fall,it deserves to….#BATB #1

This is a very colorful Promo! I like TVD and Arrow very much! But my heart belongs to Beauty And The Beast, the most romantic and thrilling New TV Drama! Not to mention, they are PCA winners! I hope that BATB will get more seasons to keep the audience excited for a long time!

You should be checking your facts. (And so should spoilerTV.) This is not a promo that the network released. Not sure why you think it is. Carrie Diaries is the #2 streaming show for the CW.

I think Nikita and Hart of Dixie will be renewed for full seasons and Beauty will most likely snag at least 13 episodes.

I like the CWs lineup. Most of the shows I watch are on the CW. I haven’t ever gotten into HOD or reality shows but love the scifi action. Favs depends on what is happening–right now BATB is ramping it up, loved this weeks SN. Wish the CW the best.
