‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4 spoilers: The four biggest questions are…

Pretty Little LiarsWe know that the wait until June 11 is a long one for more “Pretty Little Liars,” but won’t it really be worth it? After the shocking reveal during the season finale, we have a feeling that the writers have a plethora of fantastic ideas that they are working on as the show is already in production. (Warning: major spoilers head from the season 3 finale.)

So what are the four biggest questions that remain for the show moving forward? Some are rather simple, whereas others are much more complicated … and of course, some are up for debate. These are the four that are currently hanging over our heads.

1. What is with the Jenna alliance? We know that she, Melissa Hastings, and Shana are not exactly “The A Team,” but they have some sort of secret agenda of their own that was revealed throughout the finale. What is it, and will this story be more consistent? We hope so, since Jenna was basically a ghost for a good portion of this spring.

2. Who can really be trusted? We know that for the time being, Toby looks like someone who is really on the Liars’ side … and even Mona to an extent doesn’t look so bad. But are these two just out to trick Emily, Hanna, Spencer, and Aria some more? After all, they have already set themselves quite a precedent.

3. Is there a future for Aria and Ezra? You know that the show will not leave that alone. Ian Harding is a series regular and a huge part of the universe, and putting him back in school may actually give the relationship a chance to return to its roots.

4. Is Ali really Red Coat? This is the one that most fans have to be wondering right now. First of all, executive producer Marlene King said on Twitter tonight that the woman who visited Mona wearing the coat at Radley (as seen at the end of season 2) will be revealed in the premiere in June … but what about the supposedly-dead woman who started it all? Was she really at the fire? The popular theories all revolve around a possible twin that is either dead or alive (which comes to us via the books), but what if there is no twin in this world, and Ali was just never deal to begin with? We don’t know how the Liars are going to get answers to this one, but they have to in order for the story to be effective.
