‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Lesley Murphy, Sean Lowe go for a record (photos)

There’s romance on “The Bachelor” … and then there is taking something extremely over the top. For the new episode of the ABC show airing on Monday night, we have a feeling that the latter may actually be emphasized more than the former as Sean Lowe is going to get the opportunity to break the world record for longest onscreen kiss.

First of all, we can’t imagine that this is a record that is easy to break, especially since there is all sorts of video evidence of other long kisses out there (especially in a certain adult genre where they do plenty of this and then some). The lucky woman taking part of this alongside him is Lesley Murphy, but the one thing we are somewhat confused about is rather simple: is there a certain point during this sort of kiss where it starts to get less romantic? It’s a good thing that Lesley already had her first kiss with Sean during the Harlequin photo shoot, since you would hate for your lasting memory here to be your lips getting numb while you’re trying to keep the record going.

As for the group date, it appears to be something perfectly designed to really give the producers exactly what they want:

1. Sean with a shirt off, and a bunch of women frolicking around in bikinis.

2. A competitive atmosphere, since there will be volleyball involved. This always leads to some enormous drama.

3. Heat exhaustion, which causes people to be emotional to the point where their true colors come out.

The photo alone almost makes it rather clear just what women are really there to spend a ton of time with Sean, and who are just willing to float around in the background. Ladies, you really have to go for it on this show!
