‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: A different sort of drama

With much of the focus thus far on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9 simply being the medical problems of some of the doctors, whether it be Arizona losing her leg or Derek having surgery in order to try and fix his hand, there admittedly has not been much focus at all on the people that will always be a part of this show no matter what: the patients.

Since this is the case, why not put the spotlight on them for just a second or two? According to a report from Zap2It, the 15th episode of the upcoming season is going to focus very much on a new baby who is struggling to service, and they will have an even greater problem in that their parents are virtual strangers who hooked up together at the office party. Therefore, can they really come to much of a consensus about anything? This is going to be a major problem for them, and the more they continue to fight and/or disagree, the more desperate the situation becomes for the child.

Before we get to this episode, we can tell you that there will be some more progress made when it comes to our doctors. Arizona is going to try being romantic once again with Callie during the show’s return to TV on Thursday night, and in addition to that, Derek will be in recovery following the surgery. Who knows? By the time this episode airs, he could be back to doing surgery much like his old self.
