‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: Chris Colfer talks post-‘Break Up’ life for Kurt

Are you still sad about what happened on Thursday night’s new episode of “Glee”? If so, you are not alone. We’ve seen and heard from hundreds of distraught fans over the past few days, but there is one thing that you do have to remember here: things for Kurt and for Blaine are not always going to be so sad.

With that in mind, we have some rather serious comments about the episode that Chris Colfer gave in a new interview with “The Insider,” especially when it comes to people who are genuinely freaking out about the hour:

“The most important thing I would say, with all seriousness, is to please remember that this is just a television show and Darren [Criss] and I are actors. My Twitter feed is full of angry people saying they’ve been emotionally distraught for weeks and they’re going to harm themselves if they break up. I know these are mostly exaggerations, but it’s still concerning. A TV show is never worth any of that.”

So what does the future hold for Kurt now that he and Blaine are broken up? There is no guarantee that these two will be apart forever, but for the time being, Colfer says that his character is going to focus more on his career and possibly even getting into the same school as Rachel:

“I know Sarah Jessica Parker is coming back soon, which I’m excited about. I really hope we get to explore the fashion world through Kurt’s eyes. I think that’d be a lot of fun to see and there’s so much we could do with it. But he may give it all up for a second chance at NYADA. I’m good with either, I miss performing and hovering over Whoopi Goldberg.”

Do you think that there are still some very great things coming up for Kurt, even if Blaine is not around for the time being with him?
