Bull season 2 spoilers: More news on Archie Panjabi appearance

Archie Panjabi

You may remember some of the recent Bull season 2 news that suggested that we’d be seeing Archie Panjabi of The Good Wife stop by. What was her role meant to be? Arti Cander, a trial scientist and one of the few people in the world who can actually put Dr. Jason Pull through his paces. She’s smart, she’s resourceful, and she knows how to get some of the results that she wants during any given case.

Now, you’re also going to have a chance to get some additional details! Panjabi will be appearing during the upcoming November 14 episode entitled “The Devil, The Detail,” one that could end up being a big-time test for Bull. The synopsis below explains how it is that Cander first enter the picture:

“The Devil, The Detail” – Bull agrees to help the parents of a former employee sue a drug company when their son commits suicide during a drug trial. However, the task is complicated when the company brings in their own trial scientist, Arti Cander (Emmy Award winner Archie Panjabi), on BULL, Tuesday, Nov. 14 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

If Cander is just as good at her job as Bull is, there’s a reasonably good chance that any advantage that he brings in to the trial will be completely negated. Her’s going to have to see how he navigates her presence. While we want to see Bull win virtually every case, this is one of the few times in which we could see him losing. The TAC probably doesn’t have the resources of a major drug company, and Bull and company are just working for a couple of people. This is a real David vs. Goliath battle if there ever was one.

We’ve gotten a chance to see Panjabi do a wide array of really great stuff since her longtime run on The Good Wife, with her recently being a part of Blindspot and also stopping by for an episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Perhaps the one appearance from her that you really should see if you haven’t is in The Fall alongside Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan. There aren’t too many episodes and you can probably watch it all over the course of a single week.

Given that this is a world where people can easily and feasibly turn up on many different occasions we have a hard time imagining that this is the end of the road for Panjabi on this show. Time well tell.

Excited to see Archie Panjabi on Bull?
