NCIS season 15 episode 6 preview: McGee’s radio mission
This episode is coming on Halloween night, and there could be a scary situation that unfolds over the course of the hour. The title is “Trapped,” and the NCIS season 15 episode 6 synopsis below offers up a little more in the way of insight as to what is going to be coming up in the story:
“Trapped” – After a petty officer is found murdered on a golf course, McGee spends hours on the victim’s ham radio trying to locate a key witness. Also, Palmer asks his co-workers to donate to a charity that builds playgrounds for kids of all abilities, and Torres surprises them with his generosity, on NCIS, Tuesday, Oct. 31 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
NCIS season 15 episode 6 is going to be the biggest McGee story most likely since the second episode of the show, and it’s one that could be very interesting just because of the radio component to the case. We know that this is an old-school show, but the idea of Tim spending the bulk of his time trying to find someone on a ham radio is about as old-school as a concept for a story as you are probably going to get.
Meanwhile, the other story in this episode has a nice amount of sweetness to it. We’ve long been an avid Nick Torres supporter and there’s something very sweet about the idea of him looking to give back in an unexpected way. Let’s hope that this story proves to be every bit as touching as it sounds — we do love it when Wilmer Valderrama does show off his softer, sweeter side! The more chances that we have to see that the better off we’re going to be in the end. Also, it could be interesting seeing a big Palmer story if Ducky is gone once more for most of the episode. (We know that David McCallum will be back at some point, so don’t take this hiatus as a sign that he is leaving the show.)
Based on the preview below, we could actually get more in the way of a Jack Sloane story than we expected this week! She’s got some secrets that could come out as this case unfolds.
