Scorpion season 4 premiere spoilers: Mark Collins returns; first photo!
Below, you can see some more details in the Scorpion season 4 premiere synopsis:
“Team Scorpion must work with their old nemesis Mark Collins in order to prevent the extinction of mankind. Also, Walter and Paige awkwardly navigate their new relationship, on the fourth season premiere of SCORPION, Monday, Sept. 25 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Josh Leonard returns as Mark Collins. Also, Team Scorpion sings that ‘Everything Is Absolutely Genius.'”
The photo above, which we have to assume is from the musical number (Happy dressing up like Bjork at the Oscars is not something that she ordinarily does), is all sorts of amazing. For one, Robert Patrick in that outfit, and then also the smile that is plastered across Elyes Gabel’s face. This had to be a ton of fun for the show to do, and in so many ways this was inevitable given that you have Katharine McPhee, both of American Idol and Smash, as a part of the cast. All signs point to us getting an amazing few minutes of whatever-this-ends-up-being before diving into the rest of the story.
The one question that we do have after reading this synopsis is this: Will there not be that much of a time jump? If Walter and Paige are still new in their relationship, it makes us wonder if we won’t be leaping forward a few months in time — at least not immediately. Personally, we wouldn’t mind spending a few episodes directly following the “honeymoon” of Happy and Toby to see all of the aftermath of that plus Walter and Paige being together. At that point, maybe you flash-forward to real time. Given that you do have a young cast member in Ralph, you can’t manipulate with time for all that long on this show.

If there is one suggestion we can offer you, it’s to check out the story here! That is a feature where we take a much larger look at the Toby – Happy relationship and determine more of what could come up next for them. (Photo: CBS.)
