The Bachelorette episode 4 return date: When’s Rachel Lindsay back?
Because of the NBA Finals — regardless of whether or not the series lasts long enough — you will be waiting until Monday, June 19 before you see the next part of Rachel Lindsay’s journey to find love and her ideal fiancee. This is the sort of wait that no show wants to endure, but it’s also somewhat of a necessary evil here.
So what about moving The Bachelorette to another episode at another time? It’s something that the folks over at ABC should consider; however, they’ve got it established that Monday night is the standard viewing time for the show, and they are probably not going to want to drift all that far away from that for the sake of anything. Viewers love this show, so they should still love it even with a two-week hiatus. (With that said, the ratings have been down a little so far this season — maybe that will turn around before the finale.)
Ultimately, ABC is certainly not going to change their scheduling at all for the NBA Finals. This is one of their biggest broadcasts of the entire summer, and it’s an epic event for them in terms of delivering an audience that they don’t often have. However, at the same time it’s not the most exciting finale in recent memory given that the Warriors have blown out the Cavaliers over the course of the past two games.
For now, The Bachelorette is delivering on the entertainment, but we’re still not at the point in the season where things start to turn a little bit serious. This is something that will probably happen once we arrive to episode 6 or 7. For now, though, we’re still somewhat in the midst of people being ridiculous and guys stirring up drama. She has already gotten rid of some of the nonsense this season, including the likes of DeMario, Lucas, and Blake. None of these guys should be particularly missed.
