The Flash season 4 synopsis sets the table for post-Savitar conflict

The Flash season 4 synopsis

Are you ready to check out the latest The Flash season 4 synopsis? It’s located within the piece … but there are some warnings first. If you are extremely spoiler-averse, you may want to steer clear given that there are some assumptions that you could make from reading it. However, at the same time there could be some trickery.

Without further ado, let’s go ahead and get to sharing it:

“Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) lived a normal life as a perpetually tardy C.S.I. in the Central City Police Department. Barry’s life changed forever when the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator exploded, creating a dark-matter lightning storm that struck Barry, bestowing him with super-speed and making him the fastest man alive The Flash. But when Barry used his extraordinary abilities to travel back in time and save his mother’s life, he inadvertently created an alternate timeline known as Flashpoint; a phenomenon that gave birth to the villainous speed god known as Savitar, and changed the lives of Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) and Wally West (Keiyan Lonsdale) forever. With the help of his adoptive father, Joe West (Jesse L. Martin), his lifelong best friend and love interest Iris West (Candice Patton), and his friends at S.T.A.R. Labs — Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), C.S.I Julian Albert (Tom Felton), and an Earth-19 novelist named H.R. Wells (Tom Cavanaugh) — Barry continues to protect the people of Central City from the meta-humans that threaten it.”

The easy argument to view after reading this is that Iris West is going to somehow survive being killed off by Savitar at the end of this past episode. This is something that is assumed by many people, just because the idea of this show permanently killing off one of its most-beloved characters and Barry’s future wife in the comics is hard to wrap one’s head around. Yet, remember that the purpose for many of these synopses released at upfronts is to make the base idea of a show clear to advertisers. Not everything in these will necessarily stick. For example, this synopsis also suggests that there are no major deaths or departures in the finale, and that would absolutely be a surprise. For example, H.R. is referenced despite a big theory out there that he was pretending to be Iris and therefore sacrificed himself. There are also theories out there that Julian’s days could be numbered, but he’s also referenced here.
