This installment is entitled “Down the Rabbit Hole,” and that title may be indicative of what Scott Bakula’s character decides to do in terms of trying to stop Hamilton once and for all. NCIS: New Orleans season 3 episode 23 synopsis – “After Pride is spotted tracking one of Mayor Hamilton’s (Steven Weber) accomplices, the suspect opens fire on a crowded street before disappearing.”
This episode sounds all sorts of intense and electric, and that in turn electrifies us. Everything in theory suggests that we’re going to see an episode that causes all sorts of stress for all of us. We also don’t think that anything is going to be resolved in the episode, mostly because there are 24 episodes in the season and this includes a big finale coming up in a couple of weeks. Given how Mayor Hamilton has been an important part of the show virtually all of the past several weeks, we don’t see the character going anywhere just yet. Let’s just hope that this episode does live up to some of the hype … and that nobody gets seriously hurt. We don’t need that in order for there to be stakes.
Is it possible that there could be a cliffhanger going into NCIS: New Orleans season 4? Given that there was already an official renewal passed down, anything is possible.
