Reign season 4, episode 5: Return date for Adelaide Kane series
For diehard viewers of The CW, it is probably not much of a secret at all that the series is going to be off the air next week. After all, the finale for The Vampire Diaries is being stretched to a two-hour event, as the network wants to give one of their most successful properties ever something akin to a worthy send-off. With that in mind, Reign is being held until Friday, March 17, when you will get a chance to see the show air as a party of a lineup that will now include The Originals, another vampire show. Who knew that royals and vampires worked so well together?
As for what we know about the next Reign episode, the title alone in “Highland Games” should excite people. Odds are, there are going to be some exciting times in this episode, and there will also certainly be a sprinkle or two of romance as Lord Darnley is going to have to prove himself to Mary that he is worthy of her trust and loyalty. This should be fun, but it may also be intense at the same time. The information below is a fairly good reflect of some of what is coming up.
Synopsis – “In order to get Mary (Adelaide Kane) to agree to a marriage, Lord Darnley (Will Kemp) must demonstrate his loyalty when she voices her concerns about his true intentions. Catherine (Megan Follows) and Narcisse (Craig Parker) work to repair King Charles’ (Spencer MacPherson) reputation after rumors spread about his strange behavior and threaten the throne.”
Obviously, there are some exciting things that will be ahead, but given that this is also the final season for this show, you also have to assume that you’re building towards something that is big and epic in its own right. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens when the show airs.
