NCIS season 14: Prepare for powerful Wilmer Valderrama – Nick Torres story

 NCIS -

NCIS season 14 may not be new tonight on CBS, but we do have some more news about a big Wilmer Valderrama story ahead.

Specifically, for this article we’re discussing the upcoming March 14 episode “M.I.A.,” which is going to be one to watch for the purposes of making Valderrama’s character of Nick Torres think back to a trying, difficult time within his past. In order to carry out the dying wish of a soldier, Gibbs and the remainder of the team will be doing their part to look back into a murder case that was originally labeled an accidental death. Will they find enough evidence to eventually change this around? That remains to be seen.

With that said, we can tell you that this said case will bring Torres back to a different time in his life, one where he experienced some personal tragedy of his own. These cases are important from the standpoint of exposing humanity, and reminding us of where so many of these characters come from and the various trying times that they’ve been through. Sometimes with the show’s procedural format being what it is, you don’t have the time beyond a couple of episodes here and there to do these sort of deep-dives. Therefore, we’re grateful to get them any chance that we can. It’s especially important for some of the new cast members when you are still in the getting-to-know-them phase.

In general, there are many different things worth looking forward to later this season. You’re going to see Gibbs looking more towards his own future with NCIS, Vance potentially looking towards a political career due to some advice from Jenna Fleming, and also a powerful story that we recently wrote about that has ties to a real-life military organization. Oh, and we of course recently debunked some stupid rumors surrounding possible departures. Let’s just say that you shouldn’t believe any of them.

What do you want to see on this March 14 episode, and do you want some more spotlights for all of the different characters on the show? Be sure to share your thoughts in the comments! (Photo: CBS.)
