‘Supernatural’ season 12 spoilers: Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and a hellhound equals…

Supernatural -

The best “Supernatural” episodes are the ones where things start to get a little bit weird and off the rails. This is a show that loves to use its imagination, and when we see it run wild, a number of crazy things tend to happen in the process. We’ll get demons, monsters, Dean losing his memory, an imaginary friend, or an entire episode themed around LARPing. It’s a show that even more than “Star Trek” tends to boldly go to to places that no other show would ever dream to.

With that in mind, we bring you one of the crazier ideas for the show this season in the upcoming March 9 installment entitled “Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell,” otherwise known as “the episode in which Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles battle an invisible hellhound.” Basically, Mr. Invisible Hellhound is going to get into a fight at a campsite, and as a result of that we’re going to be seeing things get crazy. The brothers will investigate what happened at said campsite … enter the craziness.

Also, this episode is going to be one that features Castiel handing down some further information when it comes to Kelly Kline — that is something that we first heard about a little while ago, and it’s something that is going to be exciting to see. We’re not sure that an invisible hellhound will be playing a role in this story, though. (Is every story better with an invisible hellhound? Is that really a good question?)

Also, expect in this episode some key revelations when it comes to Crowley — who knows? Maybe we’re going to get a chance to get some further backstory on him … that makes sense, given that apparently two of his “personal demons” are going to be finding out in the episode precisely what he’s been hiding as of late.
