‘Blindspot’ season 2 spoilers: Should Roman enter the field?

How much can Roman be trusted on “Blindspot“? This isn’t just a question that should be exclusively handed to him; after all, this is something that you can ponder over with almost ANYONE on the show! Trust issues are often a recurring theme, and something that we expect to see continue throughout the second season. With each betrayal that we see, some of the problems are only going to get worse.

With that in mind, the upcoming January 18 episode entitled “Devil Never Even Lived” (that one sounds weird given some of the others we’ve seen these days) is potentially going to be a great one in which we get a chance to see a major debate on Luke Mitchell’s character. A tattoo is traced back to him in some way, and from there, the team has to make a big decision as to if they’re okay with sending him out in the field. That’s dangerous enough, but then you also have to consider the notion of him being with a biker gang. These are the sort of people who could take him out without a second thought if things go awry; we like to think that, from watching “Sons of Anarchy” over the years, we’ve got a reasonably good idea of what that is like.

New episodes of “Blindspot” will begin airing once more on NBC next week, and the main order of business there before we get to anything else is trying to figure out precisely what the show will be doing in terms of Patterson — no matter what happens with her in terms of if she lives / dies, it’s fair to assume that it is something that will play a significant role as we press forward into the season. In the end, it’s still not entirely clear what the show is going to planning for Jane and company next, or what the endgame will be.

Rest assured, we’ll be following Roman’s story — and many others, for that matter, as we move right along into the season.
