‘Dancing with the Stars 23’ results: Was Terra Jole, Jana Kramer, or Calvin Johnson eliminated?
Going into tonight’s “Dancing with the Stars” elimination show, we made it fairly clear that the two lead contenders to most-likely go home were Terra Jole and Jana Kramer. However, throughout the episode we started to have a little bit of concern that maybe it could be Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold. Sure, last week’s performances were the ones that actually applied more than the ones this time, but we still were started to think that he was falling behind the favorites in Laurie Hernandez and James Hinchcliffe.
So did the show surprise us, or give us the predictable result that we tend to expect at this point in the competition? Refresh the page for some further news coming up soon. The only two people we really considered safe on the night were Laurie and James based on most of the polls and discussion we’ve seen out there.
Tonight, the “bottom two” ended up being Calvin against Terra and Sasha Farber, though at the same time we cannot necessarily say that they were the actual bottom two. This is just how ABC paired them up. The result was predictable: Terra and Sasha are gone.
We do hope that their time on the show left a great impression on people in terms of their story and their determination. We knew Terra was someone who viewers would like, but she was a much better dancer than we ever thought she would be. The writing unfortunately was on the wall for her most of the night, as it felt like the judges were handing down extra effusive praise and giving her high scores. We’re not saying that they necessarily knew she was leaving, but they may have been reading the tea leaves based on recent scores.
