‘Big Brother: Over the Top’ spoilers: When is the ‘OTT’ cast reveal?

“Big Brother: Over the Top” is coming to CBS All Access on Wednesday night, and of course there are many questions out there regarding the cast. Luckily, we’ve got some answers!

As noted by the network, the cast will be revealed for the streaming-only version of the show on Monday at around 10:00 a.m. Big Brother Time — or 1:00 p.m. on the East Coast. We imagine that the crew is currently in the midst of an insane cleaning / renovation job on the house right now. Basically, they’ve got a few short days to give the show a new design, a new feel, and actually have it sanitary in time for new people to move on. The last cast wasn’t the cleanest group.

Ultimately, there is mystery around almost every single component of this new version of the show, and that even includes the casting given that there were different people working on it this time around. Therefore, we’re rather curious to see if we’re getting a very different assembling of people this time around (which is personally what we want to see happen), or if we’ll have roughly the same exact archetypes we have had many times over the past few seasons.

Aside from meeting the cast, the thing we’re most excited about is seeing how all of this plays out. Given the timeline there is no extended period of time this season where the players can settle in before we start to meet them on the live feeds. At most, maybe they get a couple of days to sort this all out, and in that process hopefully they’ll be debriefed on the rules of this season. At that point, maybe they’ll be able to tell us what’s going on since this is new to the viewers too.
