‘The X Factor’ UK review: 5 AM, Tom & Laura, Four of Diamonds try to lift Louis Walsh’s groups

Louis -If we were the groups on “The X Factor” this season, we’d more than likely feel a tad slighted. Why is that? Much of it stems from the amount of screen time that the Overs had in relation to them. Maybe there was simply more artists in the Overs category; that is one of the only justifications we can really think of for this, but it’s still unfair.

Anyhow, we are going to bring you the six artists who are advancing from Louis’ team over the course of the night. Be sure to refresh the page as the night goes on for some further updates!

The Brooks – Louis started off the night by deciding that he’d rather give chairs to everyone rather than having to make any difficult decisions. They were decent, but they did at least bring some energy.

5 AM – Easily the best of the earliest performances. They have the energy, but they also can sing and move about the stage! Really strong.

Four of Diamonds – Easily the best girl band in the competition right now. You can tell they have put in the time, and they want and embrace the stardom that comes at the end of this.

Tom & Laura – Great singers. The song choice tonight was a tad hokey and we’d prefer Tom to take more of the lead, but the two really do bring smiles to our faces.

Ottavio and Bradley – Yep, Louis did keep these two guys, who are incredibly camp, and slightly suspect in the vocals department.

Skarl3t – They were the last of the girl groups to perform, and somehow they were able to move on!
