‘Power’ season 3 debate: Should Ghost, Angela get back together?
Over the course of “Power” season 3, we’ve slowly watched the splintering apart of Ghost’s entire life. Going into this season, he didn’t realize the full extent that Tommy was after him. Meanwhile, at the same exact time, he also was not particularly aware of Lobos and his positioning within the world.
Ignorance in this case was not bliss, and since he first realized that Tommy may not be on his side things have gone from bad to worse. While he does have Tommy back (good news?), it is coming at the expense of learning about the death of Holly, Lobos’ presence, and what he has to do in order to stop him. Lobos is now dead, but what he did in order for it to happen, coupled with the “Dean” surprise and the new danger that was present as a result of that, has taken away one of the few things left in Ghost’s life that he values: Angela. That relationship has now fizzled, as he told her out of the blue that he needed to end it.
Is there hope still for something more between the two of them? There are a few reasons to suspect so.
1. He’s hardly going away – Angela realizes that the “escape” of Lobos is going to trace back to her because of Greg, and in turn she’s smart enough to realize that Jamie may have been involved. They’ll be spending time together still.
2. The motivation – Just as Angela is smart enough to realize the truth about Ghost and Lobos’ escape, she’s also smart enough to realize that he’s not leaving for reasons related to love. That passion may still be there, but she’ll have to come to grips with the idea that he may never be fully reformed.
3. Where else are they going? – We don’t see Ghost and Tasha getting back together after the papers surfaced, and there are no apparent love-interest candidates for her. The complicated Ghost / Angela relationship is at the core of the series, so suggesting that this go away for good seems silly.

I will second that,find another love interest for Tasha,let Angela and Ghost finally be together.She is much better woman for Ghost all Tasha wants is that Drug money,and another thing she double cross Ghost to Tommy.

Here is how I would do it if I were the writer. I wouldn’t let everything go bad nor kill everyone. I would let Ghost outsmart all his enemies; Dean, Kannan, Greg, Dean & his organization totally destroyed, Kannan back to jail & convicted for the murder of Shaun, Greg gets caught up by his own obsession. Introduce a love for Tasha, let her & Ghost be the best of friends so she can stop blaming him for everything ( she forgot her whole life style is built off drug money, & she used Shaun), I would let Ghost & Angela build the life they always wanted, he becomes a secure club owner with numerous clubs, Angela becomes a judge or US Attorney General, with a baby by Ghost. Let them marry & have the life they always wanted. Let Tommie heal, patch his friendship up with Ghost & move on to a new love, put his differences aside with Dre, so he, Dre, & Julio (Tommies right hand) can become the biggest dealers in NYC! You can even do a spin off with those 3 with a cameo from Ghost from time to time. You can even do a spin off with Angela & Ghost in the lives they wanted. Angela handling tough cases, Ghost running a club empire, but show the love they have for each other & making it work! I wouldn’t kill everyone, I would build on all on what you have. Don’t steal my ideas!!! Lol!!
