‘The Bachelorette’ couple JoJo Fletcher, Jordan Rodgers celebrate engagement after ex drama
Mrs. Carter: Is it still smooth sailing for JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers?
While on the surface it may seem as though the two parties are in a somewhat-tumultuous place given some recent comments from Rodgers’ ex Brittany Farrar — ones where she detained past instances of alleged infidelity — it seems as though the couple is making it through just fine. In a post on Instagram below, the recent “Bachelorette” made it clear that she and her fiance had a surprise engagement party featuring their two families recently.
“My heart is so full! ❤️ Jordan and I were going out to what we thought was just a little dinner with friends but instead walked into a room full of both our friends and family to celebrate in our engagement. We are so incredibly blessed.”
Ultimately, concern this as yet another good sign for the couple, and also a reminder that while there are many negative stories out there, we’re not in this relationship. It’s certainly possible that Jordan and JoJo already had a number of conversations about his past and she was well aware of some of the comments that could be made about him.
The biggest test for this relationship, like so many others that have been through either “The Bachelor” or “The Bachelorette,” is time. These things take a little bit of time to sort themselves out, given that in many ways JoJo and Jordan have only been at this phase of their relationship for the past few weeks. Before that, everything had to be behind closed doors and there was the allure of mystery about it.
