‘Bachelor in Paradise 3’ video: Lace Morris explains wanting to join series

The premiere of “Bachelor in Paradise” is coming to ABC on Tuesday, and there are several different contestants who are probably going to make their presence felt rather quickly. Lace Morris is one of them. She was extremely controversial during Ben Higgins’ “Bachelor” season, mostly because the show portrayed her as someone who liked to drink, and was also quick to get belligerent while talking about the other women.

Was this the real here? Judging from the videos below, Lace wants to do her part to convince you that it is not. She claims that one of her real goals with this show is to show the country who the real her is, someone with a sense of humor and not so caught up in a high-intensity situation. It is true that this show has a very different speed to it, at least in the sense that it moves along at a steady pace, and you don’t have to worry as much about people coming along and stealing who you are dating (though it does happen).

Ultimately, we do think that it is possible we could see a different side of Lace on this show, given that she wasn’t really around long enough on Ben’s season to say that the person we saw was her 100% entirely. With that being said, there is also only so much of yourself you’re going to be able to hide once you get used to the cameras and you get tired. We’ll get a sense coming up very soon just who Lace really is, and how she functions within this world.
