‘The Amazing Race 28’ episode 11 preview: The fight for the finale

Race -Tonight, “The Amazing Race” had an elimination that was both shocking and not shocking at all. The moment that Tyler & Korey and Burnie & Ashley teamed up in order to U-Turn Brodie & Kurt and make it hard for them to do so to anyone else, it was clear that they were probably going home. Not even Cole’s fear of heights could keep that from happening.

Now, we’re left with just four teams. What’s going to happen next? The preview tonight made it relatively tough to figure out, but everyone seems to be working hard in order to ensure that they make it into the finale. Out of the four remaining teams, it feels clear that Tyler & Korey are the consensus favorites. Dana & Matt hasn’t won a leg since the show’s premiere, and neither Burnie & Ashley and Sheri & Cole have won a leg this season!

However, the thing that you do have to remember here is that this is “The Amazing Race,” and sometimes teams can come out of nowhere and win. Remember just what happened last year with Kelsey & Joey, who had a big story about how they were struggling to win a leg all season long. Nobody expected Josh & Brent to win seasons ago. The thing is about the remaining teams is that none of them are duds; while Sheri & Cole may seem like they are last in the power rankings (and they probably are), they’re far from useless and they’ve shown flashes that they are capable of winning a leg.
