‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6 finale spoilers: Can Jane stop the stalker?
Tuesday night marks the season 6 finale for “Rizzoli & Isles” on TNT, and it feels ultimately like an understatement that there are a variety of different things that you can expect to see over the course of the hour.
What’s one of the biggest ones? Think along the lines of a showdown for the ages between Jane and Alice, a woman from her past who also has served a span of time in prison. There’s still a whole lot that needs to be learned about her, and maybe this episode (entitled “A Shot in the Dark”) will prove itself to be super-suspenseful and then some. Maybe we’re going to get a little more information regarding the stalker, but at the same exact time, you better believe that there will be at least a few pieces of information that are not completely filled in. That’s just something ingrained in the fabric of the show at this point and in this mythology.
Luckily, you don’t have to worry about there being some loose threads hanging over the show forever. After all, it has already been renewed for a seventh season, one that will reportedly tie up every loose end when it comes to the stalker mythology. It will also bring forward a few more stories that will help to set up the end of the series.
We’ll have more on the show’s future over the course of the next few days. Stay tuned for that!

This show is not going to ever get any better, never be like it was prior to this new regime that came on season 5. Jan Nash is so completely idiotic that instead of letting the main aspects of the show continue and thrive i.e. the Jane and Maura friendship which was the heart of the show and why the show became popular in the 1st place, she went about dismantling everything that the previous show runner had in place. Jan wanted to make it *her* show with *her* vision, well her vision sucks, it no longer has any heart, the friendship barely resembles what it use to, the show is almost exclusively about Jane and her family and Jane and the BPD, with a little Maura thrown in from time to time. I have read that Jan is just incapable and not good enough at her job to grasp the show, I don’ think that is it at all, I think she grasps it just fine, but that was Janet Tamaro’s version and fool that Jan is, thought she could do better and do it her way, which sent the show right into the toilet and got it cancelled. What a shame that viewers can get attached to a show and then an idiot gets hired that can’t even allow the good things about the show to continue to rock along, but has to put their completely different vision in place and scrap everything that made the show good in the 1st place. If I had 1 wish it would be that Jan Nash never was able to get this position with another show ever again, that some karma follow her for destroying this show. Firing her now would also be wonderful for the audience.

It is just going to be another letdown like all the episodes this season, they wasted a half of a season on this storyline and are going to waste 2 eps of the 7th season on it and it is not even someone the audience is acquainted with, but, just someone from the academy days with Jane. They are going to end last scene with the shots being fired and fade to black ,so we won’t know who got shot or hurt, does anyone really even care, we know Maura gets slightly injured, we know Jane is fine, and we will NEVER be so lucky as to have Angela, Korsak, or Frankie killed, probably just one of their boyfriend/girlfriends if anyone id killed, big whooptodo. I want Janet Tamaro back, please TNT/Warner FIRE Jan Nash.
