‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 9 spoilers: The 200th episode, and what’s after Melissa Rauch surprise

200 -

Here’s something that is certainly a little bit unusual: CBS has released some details for what is coming up next on “The Big Bang Theory” season 9, but strangely, they do not include information on next week’s “The Positive Negative Reaction.” Instead, what we have for you below is the first (official) synopsis for the 200th episode of the show airing on February 25 (entitled “The Celebration Experimentation”), coupled with the photo above:

“After more than nine years together, the gang finally celebrates Sheldon’s birthday, surprising him with a special guest.”

As for who this special guest is, CBS has already confirmed that Adam West will be appearing in the episode, and we have to imagine that this is who they are referring to in the synopsis.

So why not release the details for next week’s installment to go along with this? The only answer we can provide for you at the moment is that this may have something to do with a certain story for Melissa Rauch’s Bernadette, which was revealed during the episode tonight. She’s pregnant! We have to imagine that this is going to have some pretty enormous ramifications on the rest of the season, especially since Howard is going to have to learn to be a whole lot more of a man than he is right now if he actually wants to be thought of as a serious father figure. At the same time, Howard has wanted to be a father for a long time now, so we know that he is going to be overjoyed when he learns this news.
