‘NCIS’ season 13 spoilers: Fornell returns for February 16 episode ‘react’

NCIS -T.C. Fornell is one of the more familiar recurring characters within the world of “NCIS,” and for those of you wondering when you were going to see him return to the world of the show, we now come bearing an answer: The upcoming February 16 episode entitled “React.” He’s obviously got a long history with Gibbs, and anytime that you can put Joe Spano and Mark Harmon in a room together, good things are probably going to happen.

Unfortunately, we’re not sure that the return of Fornell is going to be great given the circumstances of his return in the February 16 installment “React.” The synopsis below makes it clear that there are some tough times ahead for Navy Secretary Sarah Porter, and the NCIS team in DC will need some help to figure out what happened:

“When Secretary of the Navy Sarah Porter (Leslie Hope) learns her daughter has been kidnapped, the NCIS team partners with the FBI to track the case, determine a motive and bring her home. Also, McGee’s childhood friend, NCIS Special Agent Valerie Page (Christina Chang), is in town to assist the team with advance tactics training.”

This episode will be the second one in a row to air in the month of February after “Decompressed,” a complicated case that will force many of the murder suspects to stay together in a decompression chamber for a long time. Obviously this is not ideal, but you have to remember here for a minute that one of this is likely guilty and you cannot really let them out as a result of that. (Granted, this is a pretty terrible situation given that they are also trapped with a dead body.) Head over here to see one of the first photos.
