Is ‘Quantico’ episode 12 new tonight on ABC? Quick look at what lies ahead

Let’s start this article off with what is definitely some sad news for “Quantico” fans: There is no new episode coming on ABC Sunday night. Here’s the even sadder news: There’s not going to be another one until March rolls around.

Much like they are doing with another series in “Once Upon a Time” or even some of their Shonda Rhimes series, the network is opting here to air the Priyanka Chopra series in the split-season format. As frustrating as this may be at times, we do understand the reasoning for the decision. Airing the show in such a way better ensures that there will be more consistency, and therefore more viewers who will not be confused as to when it is on the air.

As for what you can expect in the back half of the season, be prepared to see a lot more of Eliza Coupe (pictured above) as Ryan’s ex Hannah. She is going to be working more with him now that his cover at Quantico has been exposed, and given that there are plans to have her recur heavily the rest of season 2, she’s probably not going to be disappearing at any point soon.

Meanwhile, for those who may have missed an episode or two, know that ABC will be repeating many of the first season episodes back-to-back starting on January 3 with the pilot; it’s clearly another sign that they have a lot of faith in this show, even if the ratings were hardly a home run in the final few weeks of the fall.
