‘Scorpion’ season 2, episode 12 preview: Does Walter come up with permanent snow?

Scorpion -Monday night’s new episode of “Scorpion” is going to contain some serious elements; given that this is the winter finale, what else would you expect?

Luckily, rest assured that there is still going to be a lot of the show’s trademark humor, which is a great thing given that we’ve had some very serious episodes of the show as of late. Here, we’ve got a case where Walter O’Brien has seemingly constructed a way to make never-melting snow, and he wants to take it for a test drive … ferret in hand. (Anyone else happy to see the ferret back on the show?)

Of course, eventually Cabe comes in and the part is somewhat shut down, which is probably a good thing in this instance since we’re not altogether sure that this snow slide (as we really want to call it) was designed with safety in mind first and foremost. Still, if the whole saving-the-world thing doesn’t work out, maybe Walter can go on “Shark Tank” and create some sort of mass licensing deal to get his fake snow on every sky resort in the world. Geniuses always do have that great capacity to make money when they come up with innovations, right?

We’ll have some other news when it comes to “Scorpion” and the big winter finale a little bit later this weekend, so for the time being we’d suggest to stay tuned, and expect great things from this episode! Let’s just hope that it lives up to some of the hype from an entertainment vantage point.
