Is ‘Chicago PD’ season 3, episode 9 new tonight? Lindsay – Halstead scoop!

Today is clearly a day of good news and bad news, but let’s start with what’s worth smiling about: Tomorrow is Thanksgiving! That means there is a day ahead for turkey-eating and parade-watching.

Unfortunately that means that there is also a barren wasteland of sorts when it comes to new primetime programming on many networks, including NBC. There’s no new episode of “Chicago PD” coming on the network, and there won’t be until January. Some shows are going to be coming back for a couple more episodes in December, but clearly someone thought here it would be a better idea to give you more stories for when they can air many of them in succession. Also, the holiday season is hectic. The odds are higher that there will be more potential viewers around in January.

We don’t want to leave this article without giving you at least something more related to the show, so how about some Lindsay – Halstead scoop? These two have been going strong for the most part since making the decision to get back together, and based on what Jesse Lee Soffer said recently to TVLine, that is something that is going to continue on the show at least for a little while:

“For the time being, we’re going to see a little bit more freedom for them, and they’re going to be enjoying not having Voight breathing down their neck all time, ’cause he signed off on [the relationship] … We’re going to see them enjoy being cops and having their flirtation on the side.”
