‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ episode 8 preview: ‘The Ten Commandments Killer’

If there is one thing that we can say with certainty in regards to next week’s new episode of “American Horror Story: Hotel,” it is that it may have at least a chance to have more going on in the present. We’ve spent a lot of time learning about things that have happened, but not really a whole lot of time learning what is actually happening.

Based on what we’re hearing now about next week’s episode “The Ten Commandments Killer,” we at least know that the story has a chance to give us some more eventful content. If nothing else, the synopsis below confirms that you are going to see more of Sarah Paulson than you have in a while:

“John closes in on The Ten Commandments Killer. Sally’s arrangement with March is revealed.”

If you are wondering why we have seen less of Sarah Paulson on the show as of late, the simple answer there is that she has been busy with other work. Namely, we are talking about “American Crime Story: The People v. OJ Simpson,” where she also has a prominent role. The show also has given us so many different characters that it is pretty hard to focus on everyone over the course of an hour’s time.

Is the Ten Commandments Killer really going to be uncovered before the end of the fall portion of the season? That is something that we’re still not sure about; if they are about to reveal the killer, they better make it compelling. Also, it better not be John. Too obvious.
