‘Finding Carter’ season 2, episode 17 preview: ‘The Consequences of Longing’

Tuesday night’s new episode of “Finding Carter” continued to lay out a series of events for things to come, but the latest one involved Carter finding a way to have her actions create a wide array of problems for someone else in Jared. She admitted to him that she is only 17 years old, and the only reason that she lied about her age was to get a bartending job. She didn’t mean to get involved with him, but it just happened.

While we were not quite sure if she was ever going to be coming back to the bar after the events that happened there Tuesday, the events for the next installment do suggest that there is at least a little more story to be told in this particular location. We’re going to see some of the aftermath play out here.

Still, you have to think that if Jared decides to continue this relationship in any way with her, it is probably not going to end particularly well.

Meanwhile, this episode will contain the fallout from another big revelation, and that is everything that happened between Taylor and Gabe. What’s Max going to think about all of this? Even though she more or less sent him the other way, we do have a hard time thinking at the moment that this story is anywhere near over. Otherwise, why introduce it in the first place? Nothing on this show is ever resolved easily.
