‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 7, episode 4 preview: What’s next for Paul Wesley, cast after shocking episode?
Thursday night’s new episode of “The Vampire Diaries” brought us back into the past, and with that came a pretty wide array of surprises, including Stefan’s history with a certain Valerie and how she was seemingly pregnant with Stefan’s child … at least temporarily. A violent altercation caused her to eventually lose the child, and this eventually led to her taking a dose of blood. It was a complicated story all about the backstory of a recurring character, but one we still enjoyed despite not really knowing much about her going into it.
So where are we going into the next new episode? Let’s just say that we will have the arrival of the Heaven & Hell ball, and the closing thing that we’ve had in some time to a Halloween installment just because of the costumes and the theme of the event. You can look below to get some other news in terms of what to expect:
“Just as Damon (Ian Somerhalder) thinks he’s gained the upper hand in his fight against Lily (guest star Annie Wersching), an unexpected turn of events leaves him scrambling for a plan B. Elsewhere, when the fallout of Damon’s actions gains the unwanted attention of Mary Louise (guest star Teressa Liane) and Nora (guest star Scarlett Byrne), Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Caroline (Candice King) are forced to spend the night distracting the girls at Whitmore College’s Heaven & Hell ball. Finally, after suspecting that she’s up to something, Enzo (Michael Malarkey) sets off on a mission to find out what Valerie (guest star Elizabeth Blackmore) is hiding, while a plan set by Alaric (Matt Davis) and Bonnie (Kat Graham) leaves their worlds turned upside down.”
Just from reading that alone, it certainly feels like the show will be setting off in a particularly exciting direction, one that reveals an array of new twists and turns and starts to give us more of a sense as to what some Heretics are up to.
