‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ episode 4 preview: Darren Criss guest-stars in ‘Devil’s Night’
“American Horror Story” loves to go big with its Halloween Specials, and next week’s two-parter entitled “Devil’s Night” looks to be just as crazy and complicated as you would want. The relationship drama between John Lowe and Alex will still be there, as will the significant guest-star presence.
This installment is poised to mark the debut of Darren Criss as a young hipster looking to escape his local neighborhood at the Hotel Cortez, and we cannot imagine that this will go particularly well for him. It also marks a chance to see a grand party, and also how many of these characters choose to ring in October 31. Given that some of them like Sally and Mr. March are already dead, we have a feeling that they will not need much of a costume.
FX is never one to release a whole lot of details about an upcoming episode, and this is clearly no exception. Just take a look at what we have for you on the subject below:
“John gets invited to a Devil’s Night Soiree; Alex tries to diagnose Holden’s odd condition.”
We’ll hopefully have some other insight into Darren’s role and also the story as a whole as time progresses. The same can be said for run time. FX is choosing this year to keep that under wraps until the last minute; the installments are always listed as being for one hour only until we get close to it actually airing. (By “close,” we mean days.)

Is Darren definitely in this episode? He said he was only in one and the description for Room Service on Nov 4th fits with the storyline that was publicised for his character
