‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ episode 2 spoilers: The introduction of Evan Peters

Peters -The more that we are starting to learn about the cast of characters for “American Horror Story: Hotel,” the more we are realizing that there really are not too many heroes to this story beyond Detective John Lowe. The Countess Elizabeth cuts throats and drinks blood, Iris looks after her son Donovan by preparing such blood, Sally is a ghost working with an Addiction Demon, and you’ve got a killer out there basing things on the Ten Commandments.

The crazy thing here is that we’ve yet to even meet all of the great characters, and on next week’s new episode, Evan Peters will turn up for the first time. We’d do our best to describe now the character of Mr. March, but ultimately co-creator Ryan Murphy does it best. Just take a look at some of his comments on the subject in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly:

“Episode two takes you deeper into the mythology of the characters and you get to meet some more people. You get to meet Mr. March who is Evan Peters. I think this is Evan’s best role we’ve ever done. Usually Evan is the tortured good guy or the tortured ingénue. But this year we decided to go a very different route and just make him perhaps the worst human being to have ever lived. So he’s the bad guy and you get to really meet him and how he built the hotel.”

So if Mr. March is the bad guy, what does this make some of the other people that we’ve met? Regardless of all of that, the fun thing still is that we’ve got probably the most interesting characters on paper that we’ve had on the show in a long time. We just now have to wait and see if the story holds from start to finish.
