‘Quantico’ episode 2 preview: Where does Alex Parrish go from here?

Tonight, ABC delivered a pilot episode of “Quantico,” a show that was dramatic, twisted, and pretty promising when it comes to being something people talk about the next day. At first, it feels like this show is your typical officers-in-training drama, but there was also a massive conspiracy / mystery angle that played out courtesy of what we saw in the flash-forwards … or should we say, the present? Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter.

The next new episode is going to feature Alex Parrish following her escape from custody, where she was being held on suspicion of a mass terrorist attack. Of course, you have plenty of mysteries that are going to watch out for, whether it be how she arrived at the epicenter of all of this, and also how she was able to be taken away completely unscathed.

Oh, and the promo below promises plenty of action and hookups. This is, after all, an ABC show, though we will continue our stance from the pilot in that the show probably would be better with the romance at a minimum … at least for a little while.

The second episode is appropriately titled “America,” and you can get a synopsis of what to expect below:

“Alex is on the run and must outsmart Liam and his team to get into her apartment for anything that could help clear her name. Meanwhile, in a flashback to Quantico training, the NATS are tasked with finding a needle in a haystack while looking for potential threats to national security.”
