‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Head of Household (part 1) endurance updates!
Tonight is a sad night for fans of “Big Brother,” at least in that the show lost its most beloved figure in John “Johnny Mac” McGuire. While we’re very sad on this still (we’ll have questions back from him tomorrow, so have no fear), the show must go on. Tonight, that means sharing the results of the final Head of Household Competition.
Basically, we feel like going into this most signs point to a Vanessa / Liz final two. She would defeat Liz pretty easily, even with Austin trying to taint the jury against her by huffing and puffing and proclaiming that her game is flawed. Shelli’s firmly in her corner, and there are probably some other people who are, as well.
We’re going to be giving you updates on what is likely going to be an endurance competition starting up at some point in the near future. We’ll be doing so live, and as of now our feeling is that Steve may be screwed in it. He has been terrible in endurance pretty much all season long.
For now, we are hearing the competition is going to start at 9:00 p.m. Big Brother time, so refresh this link and we’ll give you more news when it begins.
Update: They have since removed the start time, meaning that it could start later.
Update 2: Yep, it is almost 8:00 p.m. Big Brother time, and still no competition. We still think that it’s happening, but it could be something that the show waits until After Dark to present at this point.
8:45 – It took long enough, but we’re off! The contestants are having to hang on for dear life while being dipped into water and slammed against walls. We’ve seen something similar before.
9:22 – This is roughly the same competition as from season 14, and that went on a while. Expect something similar here.
9:45 – Still no change. Everyone is holding strong!
10:54 – The only reason for a lack of updates is because there is a lack of action. We’re well past the two-hour mark.
12:20 – We have movement. Steve is down! He lost his shoe, and that was enough for something to happen. Still, he lasted over three and a half hours. Insanely impressive.
12:33 – It’s over. Vanessa won. We waited this long for no surprise at all.
