‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 4: Premiere date speculation, more for Kristin Kreuk drama
For all of those who love “Beauty and the Beast,” it is pretty hard to deny that the show has really kept you waiting to see the events of Thursday night’s finale. It took two weeks for “Destined” to air on The CW, and this finale filmed a rather long time ago. Heck, at this point the cast is deep into work on the show’s fourth season.
As far as we know, the majority of the finer details when it comes to season 4 are the same. It is going to be another 13-episode run, and we anticipate that it will start once again in June, just as season 3 did. Originally the show’s plan was to launch in late May this summer, and we don’t think the network will really consider that at all at this point. The ratings were at least decent by show standards for season 3, and we’ll see if they stay steady for season 4.
This is what the show’s long-term struggle is at the moment when it comes to the ratings. While this is not the most-popular show on the network’s schedule, it is at least consistent and popular around the world. It a season 5 really possible? We’re not sure yet, and we’ve gotten to a point with “Beauty and the Beast” where predictions are almost moot. Almost nobody in the TV world thought the show would get a third season.
Ultimately, let’s just hope that season 4 continues to bring you more of the great storytelling we’ve had this summer, which we feel is for the most part the best we’ve seen from the show.
