Preparing for ‘Hell on Wheels’ season 5? Here is when season 4 is coming to Netflix

As we have said recently, the fifth season of “Hell on Wheels” is premiering on AMC come Saturday, July 18 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time. Isn’t that worth rejoicing? It’s somewhat bittersweet to us. We are tremendously excited by the fact that we are going to have more of one of our favorite TV stories on the air, but at the same time it is still somewhat difficult when you remember that there are only 14 episodes left, and half of them are coming this summer.

Let’s try to move on here without thinking about some of the more emotional aspects of the show ending, and focus instead for the rest of this article on another key subject: When you will be able to actually start streaming the series on Netflix! Per a new announcement, season 4 is going to be available starting interestingly on July 4. This is a series about a very interesting period in American history, and it is going to start being available on none other then Independence Day.

While we do wish sometimes that new seasons were available a little bit sooner, you do at least have a solid two weeks in here to catch up on the fourth season before the next batch of episodes begins, and that should be more than enough time.

Without giving too much away for any readers who are a little behind, season 5 picks up with Cullen Bohannon (Anson Mount) separated somewhat from the life that he had started to build. He will interact with new characters, and at the center of series yet again will be the construction of the railroad.
