‘Game of Thrones’ season 6: Does Sophie Turner want to know what happens next?

Sansa StarkThere has to be a certain amount of ambiguity and also excitement for the cast of “Game of Thrones” at the moment. While not all of the actors are privy to the events of the book series (as in they don’t read ahead), they probably have still been told a thing or two by fans on the street who happen to get a little too zealous with their fandom.

Now, we’re all collectively moving into a sort of great unknown, with George R.R. Martin, showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss, and maybe a few other writers / directors here and there aware of what lies ahead. The cast certainly does not know, and some of them seem to even prefer being in the dark for as long as humanly possible. Just take a look at what Sophie Turner said to Entertainment Weekly for further evidence of this very thing:

“I don’t want to know, but Alfie [Allen] and I have been talking about [the future] a lot … We reckon Theon and Sansa will get away, but then Sansa will sell Theon out and be like, ‘Screw you,’ and go out on her own. Or Ramsay will come and chase them down. But I don’t think the two of them will stay together as buddies, though that would be kind of cool.”

We imagine that Sansa and Theon do survive this, mostly just because them dying as a result of falling from a leap in Winterfell would be an incredibly lame way to go out. Plus, this is a chance for Sansa to further flex her intellect, and for Theon to actually have some redemption after so many seasons of torment at the hands of Ramsay. Their fates could change!

Or, so we hope. Remember that this is a show that just killed off Jon Snow.
