‘The Originals’ season 3: Questions to ponder in new video

The bad news for fans of “The Originals” is strictly that the second season has already come to a close. However, the great news is that season 3 is official! This means that a chance to see some of your favorite characters back in action is coming this fall, and there are some good questions to think about in the new, albeit tiny, promo below courtesy of The CW.

In this promo, executive producers Michael Narducci and Julie Plec leave you thinking about whether or not Klaus and Elijah can really start to repair things for themselves again, or if Hayley can undo the current curse that has been put upon her. Many of our characters are currently in very bad situations, and we don’t exactly get a whole lot of indications that these will be changing anytime soon.

If there is a silver lining, though, they can at least rejoice the fact that they don’t have to worry as much about the same villains as they were. Most likely, season 3 will be about some new threats that find their way into New Orleans, and what the characters have to do in order to handle them.

Also, we will continue to see the continued efforts to raise Baby Hope and not have her become as terrible as some other people in this world. This is most likely one of the reasons why we are going to see a whole lot more of Freya on the third season, as she adds another dimension to the group.
