‘Bones’ season 10, episode 19 preview: Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz

Bones -Tonight, “Bones” is airing a two-hour spectacle that is one of the consequences of the show simply having so many episodes to go, and only so much time that they want to air them. However, there is only one new episode of the show airing next week in “The Murder in the Middle East,” which is going to be a case that actually separates Booth and Brennan. As a result of that, expect some different sort of material for David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel than what we are used to, and there could even be some tension with them from time to time.

If you have not seen the synopsis below just yet (which makes it very clear that Arastoo will take center stage), take a look at it:

“Arastoo is kidnapped by a member of the Iranian parliament to help him with a murder case, so Booth and Cam head to the Middle East to expose the killer before it’s too late. Meanwhile, Brennan is concerned about Booth’s gambling habit, and asks Aubrey to protect her and Christine from her husband’s bookie.”

Obviously, the gambling problem of Booth is something that is not going to be going away anytime soon. Given where we are in the story right now, this could be something that ultimately carries through until the end of the season. Other than Brennan’s pregnancy (will not be resolved this season), there are not a whole lot of other long-term stories that are happening at the moment.
