‘Shark Tank’ review: Frameri, Air Car, Paleo Diet Bar, and World Record Striper Company
AirPod / Air Car – We do love the idea, and it could end up being something that is an enormous hit somewhere down the line depending on what happens. The problem here is that this is a long ways away from being something. Robert Herjavec made a great effort to invest a ton of money here, so maybe he has a little of confidence.
Paleo Diet Bar – Are they the next big thing? Probably not. While everyone wants to try out the next big diet craze, the real problem here may be a measure of taste. They’re not the yummiest thing on the planet! If you don’t believe in the product, then it is going to be very hard to convince people to buy it regardless of its benefits.
World Record Striper Company – Ready for a different tool to use while fishing? It’s basically a better way to catch a certain variety of fish, and it was an easy-money deal seemingly for Mark Cuban. He gave a fair offer, and this guy gets to sit back, help the company, and have some other folks in this industry help with the business side.
Frameri – A game-changer when it comes to glasses. We do feel like it is a legitimately good product, and there is no questioning that. The issue is that they haven’t made any money yet, and they were almost interest in keeping so much capital for themselves that it was almost insulting. This ticked Daymond John off to no end. They didn’t get an investment, but we still do think that they have something here.
